We support school leaders through our partnership with schools, training and pastoral engagement. By doing so we enable leaders to shape and influence education in every school and for every pupil and member of staff.
Through headteacher briefings, regular bulletins, the S4S package and our Development, Training and Support (DTS) programme, we offer comprehensive support for all leaders (headteachers, deputies, assistant heads, MAT CEOs) and aspiring leaders in all schools.
Our HeadSpace conferences focus leaders on key themes within the church school community nationally, offer insight into central initiatives and are a valuable opportunity to network with colleagues.
The team offers fellowship, counsel and humility to leadership in our schools, alongside expert church school improvement support. Our programmes are designed to support and challenge leaders in living out the vision of their church schools.
