After a dedicated and distinguished teaching career, our headteacher is taking retirement from 31st December 2025 and our governors are advertising now for a replacement with the experience, vision and ambition to further the achievements of our school. 

We are looking for a leader who will build on our excellent reputation as a small rural village school, situated in the heart of a thriving community, in which Christian values are central to the ethos of the school and its teaching. Our school is a happy place with a tradition of fostering pupil wellbeing by combining best teaching and learning practice with care and consideration for the inclusion of everyone.

The appointment will be from January 2026. This is a full-time position, and the salary will be in the range L9 – L16 (£60,644 - £72,162, pay increase pending September 2026) dependent upon the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
